Emmanuel De Sousa

Emmanuel De Sousa is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Princeville Capital. He has over 30 years of investment experience in emerging and developed markets.

Prior to founding Princeville in 2016, he was a Partner and Managing Director at Index Ventures, where he sourced and led many of the firm's most impactful investments. He also served on the firm's investment committee and as a member of its operating board.

Emmanuel's approach emphasizes deep sector expertise, operational value-add and active partnership with management teams to create lasting value.

He holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University. He serves on the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies and is actively involved in the technology and venture capital communities in Europe and beyond.
