Cilia Sze

Cilia was most recently with Asia Climate Partners, one of Asia's largest alternative investment managers focus on Climate and Green private equity investments. In that role, she served as Director, Head of Finance and Operations and was responsible for the finance, fund and investors' reporting, compliance and overall administrative and operational matters of the company. She led the establishment of the business operations since the start-up phase.

Cilia has extensive finance and operational experiences in private equity industries. Prior to that, Cilia worked at Invesco private equity, Jones Lang LaSalle asset management division and Macquarie Goodman Asia. Cilia also spent extensive time within the audit and assurance group at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Cilia lives in Hong Kong with her husband and two children and enjoys doing all sorts of volunteer works in her free time. She holds a B.A. in accounting from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is a qualified Chartered Public Accountant in Hong Kong. Cilia speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
