Richard Hart

Richard Hart practiced as an attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati prior to a career in Technology Investment Banking. Currently, Richard Hart is on the board of directors of Altair Engineering, a publicly listed technical software company, and Wonolo, Inc., a private on-demand labor and workforce staffing platform business.

From 1999 through 2013, Richard served as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and later Deutsche Bank, assisting technology companies with their strategic and financing needs. Richard served as the Chief Financial Officer of Guidewire Software, a public software company, from March 2015 through March 2018, and as Chief Strategy Officer, from March 2018 through November 2018.

Mr. Hart holds a dual bachelor's degree in Physics and Folklore from the University of Pennsylvania and a juris doctorate degree from the New York University School of Law.

Mr. Hart is based in San Carlos.
